Белоппы кинулись поддерживать конфликтного мудака, который на прямую просьбу на собеседовании говорить по-русски, так как один из собеседующих не понимает украинского начал гнать пургу о языковой дискриминации и прочей х-не.
Sorry for my ppor english, but: 0) I don't think that US is "pormised land" where everything is good. 1) There are no terms like "state language" or similar in US federal law. Workflow language could be different in different states, municipality or even different state offices. There are no federal law to protect english language in US AFAIK. 2) I don't know exactly about Ukraine law, but I don't think that there are any law which permit anyone to refuse using state language in any place and conditions.
