Небольшое замечание, чисто для информации.
Под виндой есть родной INTERIX (Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications). А там есть и shells и /usr/lib и /usr/bin и make.
Я даже ocaml-js под 64-битный интерих как-то собирал.
